InsideUp Meets Market Demand Unlike Any
Marketing Spend on Small Business Marketing is $36
Marketing to small businesses is a
high priority; companies spend more than $36 billion annually to
gain small business customers. Creating brand awareness accounts for
36% of the average B2B marketing budget, while an additional 34% is
dedicated to attracting potential customers, and 28% is allocated
for customer retention activities.
Financial services, high-tech, and
media/communications sectors top the list of verticals experiencing
marketing budget growth, by 6%, 4%, and 10% respectively. These four
verticals are the focus for InsideUp as we currently support many
clients who are using our platform in such verticals.
For more than 60% of marketers,
acquiring new customers is a looming concern; 16% of those surveyed
cited lack of resources in the form of time, budget, and available
talent as the chief barriers to successful new customer acquisition.
This is a tremendous validation of our business model, as our
clients look to us in supporting their marketing efforts.
