InsideUp National Account Manager

InsideUp (www.insideup.com) is looking for an individual contributor National Account Manager with high-energy and who possesses relevant inside sales experience, preferably selling advertising, B2B and/or Web based services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about a company in high growth stage and at the leading edge of online marketing and Web technologies. The foundation has been built and we need you to join our sales team to help scale the business.

InsideUp operates an online advertising/lead generation platform targeting a $2 Billion advertising opportunity and that's dedicated solely to serving the needs of business service providers and their potential customers. The Sam Diego-based company provides B2B business service firms (ie. technology, financial, telecommunication, marketing, etc.) with qualified and verified sales leads delivered in real time.

It is all made possible by InsideUp's unique, proprietary platform, which combines next generation business-matching and prospect-profiling technologies with powerful search engine, social media and lead generation technologies. The firm was founded by online marketing experts who have previously built companies that are publicly traded and market cap of several hundred millions.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify leads and contacts using online research and outbound calling.
  • Heavy focus on fostering, developing and nurturing relationships with customers.
  • Pursue the most promising contacts with the goal of winning signed agreements.
  • Deliver online presentations and demo of our online platform to sales prospects
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve assigned monthly quotas.
  • Hunt, develop and grow new business across multiple industries.
  • Provide a collaborative consultative sales approach.
  • Uncover needs and offer appropriate solutions to close accounts over the phone.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of competitive products, pricing and policies.
  • Ensure a superior customer experience with by addressing customer concerns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of inside sales and account management experience.
  • Competency in presenting key selling points while focusing on customer needs.
  • Demonstrated track record of persistence, tenacity and ability to overcome objections.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and quotes.
  • Possess strong written and oral communication and phone skills.
  • Work experience in a service-oriented web based business, preferably B2B.
  • Experience using CRM system such as SugarCRM.
  • Experience using CRM system such as SugarCRM or SalesForce.
  • Creative, assertive and Web savvy.
  • Experience using business and guerilla networking and research.
