Asad Haroon
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Asad Haroon, a pioneer in B2B online marketing, has an extensive track record of building successful online enterprises. Prior to InsideUp, Asad served as CMO and GM at Liquidity Services, Inc., (NASDAQ: LQDT)., a B2B online company. He led global marketing and business development, playing a significant role over six years propelling revenues from startup to $150 million. He also launched and managed a successful business unit, offering performance based marketing services.

Prior to Liquidity Services, as manager of business strategy services for OneSoft, Asad helped client companies execute e-business strategies. In his early career with Hewlett-Packard, he spearheaded a culture change to encourage global users to embrace online information services.

Haroon holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.

Jay McCarthy
Vice President of Product Development

Jay McCarthy is responsible for the development of company's business to business (B2B) platform, and his passion for innovative technology has kept him focused and deeply engaged in the evolution of on-demand web applications and SaaS. Jay has held leadership roles in product development management and business development in high-tech, B2B-focused software and web analytics companies. Previously, he was VP of product and business development for WebSideStory, Inc (now part of Omniture) where he managed product and business development as the company went through an IPO and grew from $10m to $65m in revenue.

Chuck Davis
Vice President of Business Development

Chuck Davis leads InsideUp's business development team. He has extensive experience in sales and business development leadership roles in the areas of B2B community, online advertising, and SaaS software. Prior to InsideUp, Chuck served as Senior Director of Sales for InnoCentive where he rapidly grew a strong base of Fortune 500 clients. As Vice President at Digital River, a global e-commerce outsourcing company, Chuck led all customer facing activities including sales, business development, marketing, client account management and product development for the marketing services division responsible for email marketing/website analytics and drove significant year-over-year revenue growth.

Steve Mickelsen
Vice President of Engineering

Steve Mickelsen leads the development of strategic technologies for InsideUp and has technology leadership experience in web-based, SaaS, and software companies. Steve led the development of @Backup, the web-based backup service which became SkyDesk, and had high-level technology roles at venture-backed startups, Inetcam and Axeus. Most recently, Steve served as VP of technology at College Loan Corporation, one of the nation's largest student loan providers.
