Asad Haroon
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Asad Haroon, a pioneer in B2B online marketing, advertising and lead generation, has an extensive experience in building successful online enterprises. Prior to founding InsideUp, Asad served as CMO and GM at B2B online company Liquidity Services, Inc., (NASDAQ: LQDT), where he led global marketing and business development. Asad was instrumental in propelling revenues from startup to more than $150 million in just six years. He also launched and managed a successful business division, which provided performance-based marketing services.

Prior to Liquidity Services, Asad led business strategy services for OneSoft, assisting client companies execute their e-business strategies and programs. In his early career with Hewlett-Packard, he spearheaded a culture change to encourage global users to embrace online information services.

Asad holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.

Jay McCarthy
Vice President of Product Development

Jay McCarthy provides critically important product development expertise for InsideUp's advanced, cutting-edge B2B technology platform, a proprietary system that combines next generation business-matching and prospect-profiling technologies with powerful search engine, social media and lead generation technologies. Jay's passion for innovative technologies has kept him focused and deeply engaged in the evolution of on-demand web applications and SaaS. Jay has held leadership roles in product development management and business development in high-tech, B2B-focused software and web analytics companies. Previously, he was VP of Product and Business Development for WebSideStory, Inc. (now part of Omniture) where he spearheaded product and business development as the company went through an IPO and grew to $65m in revenue.

Steve Mickelsen
Vice President of Engineering

Steve Mickelsen leads the development of strategic online technologies for InsideUp, the system that makes it possible for business service firms to find ready-to-buy qualified and verified sales leads delivered in real time. Steve's significant technology leadership experience encompasses online, web-based enterprises as well as software-as-a-service (Saas) and other software companies. Steve led the development of @Backup, the web-based backup service, which became SkyDesk and had high-level technology roles at venture-backed startups, Inetcam and Axeus. Most recently, Steve served as VP of Technology at College Loan Corporation, one of the nation's largest student loan providers.

Matt Morelli
Business Development Director

Matt Morelli leads InsideUp's business development team. Matt has extensive management experience in sales, business development, and lead generation in the B2B, software and financial services segments. Previously Matt served as the National Accounts Sales Executive for ZipSearch where he provided expert sales and marketing services to financial services companies, designing sales workflows and managing leads based on key analytics and metrics. Before that, Matt served as Sales Development Manager at Leads360, Inc., a firm that provides web-based customer acquisition and lead management solutions.

Ted Uhler
Marketing Communications Director

Ted Uhler, who leads InsideUp's marketing communications team, has more than 15 years of experience in online and offline marketing, communications and public relations in telecommunications, information technologies and software. Prior to InsideUp, Ted was Marketing Communications Manager at IT firm Dot Hill Systems, a data storage software, hardware and services company. Before that he was the Manager of Services at the Detwiler Foundation's "Computers for Schools" program. Ted also served as Public Affairs Officer at Cox Communications, a Fortune 100 global corporation.
