How do you ensure high quality leads?
| All leads have several score attributes based on IAB standards. We use a third-party verification and validation that in real time corrects any erroneous information and appends additional information. |
Can I set a budget for leads?
| Yes, by setting a budget by dollar amount or number of leads you can ensure that you will never overpay for your leads. |
How do I know how much to bid?
| Our system will calculate how much you will need to bid to be one of five winning bidders. The amount required to be a winning bidder may change as a result of competitive bids. |
How many lead buyers receive the same lead?
| Up to five lead buyers can receive the same lead. |
Can I be the only lead buyer to get the lead?
| Yes we do have a feature that allows you to generate exclusive leads using our system. |
How do you ensure that the lead is not sold to more than 5 lead buyers?
| We only sell leads to business services firms. Our strict policy disconnects lead buyers that might resell our leads. |
How are leads delivered?
| Leads are delivered via email in real time. If you prefer not to receive email you may log into your account to view and download your leads. |
How long does it take for my account to be activated?
| An account may be activated immediately, although it may take a few days for leads to start flowing after an order is placed. |
How do I deposit additional funds using a credit card?
| You can do it manually by logging into your lead buyer dashboard or you may sign up for our auto replenishment feature. |
How will I know how much money is remaining in my account?
| The remaining fund balance is available in your lead buyer dashboard. |
What is your refund policy?
| support@insideup.com (Excel file preferred) with a note indicating why you would like a refund.We provide a full credit for any leads that are not contactable, that are duplicates, or were not submitted by contact person. |
